Where do you ship from?

We ship from Poland .


Can I change or cancel my order?

To process orders as quickly as possible, you must submit any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. However, once your order has been received, you can return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods , including:

  • iDEAL

  • MOLLIE (which also accepts Maestro , VISA , Mastercard and AMEX )

  • PayPal


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales periods.
We process orders from Monday to Friday .
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of the order date and shipped the following day. Please note: we do not ship on weekends.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 business days , depending on your location and carrier.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipping , you are eligible for a full refund .


Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

The prices on our website are tax-free and shown in euros (EUR) . This means you may be required to pay import duties and taxes once your order arrives in your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of import duties, taxes, and related fees is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

How do I return an item?

What if the items received are defective, incorrect or damaged?

If you received an incorrect, incomplete, or defective item, please contact us. Please include your order number , photos of the item, and all relevant details once you receive the package. We'll do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If you paid by credit card, debit card or iDEAL, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation.

If you have any questions about when your refund will appear, please contact your bank or credit card company.
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company , as it can sometimes take some time for the amount to be processed.
